Wall Framing systems

  • A wall system is produced utilising a combination of 90mm ribbed C-sections for the studs and 90mm U-sections for plates and nogging once the design phase is complete. The U-section used for the nogging increases the frame’s rigidity, while the ribbed C-section adds up to 20% more strength.
  • The wall framing technique is intended to speed up and streamline the construction process without sacrificing the finished product’s structural integrity or aesthetic appeal.
  • Our technology offers flexibility for your building’s architectural design and floor plan. The newest high precision roll forming machine is used in our plant to roll all of the frame parts. 
  • We exclusively use premium BlueScope Steel TRUECORE®, which comes with a 50-year warranty and complies with Australian regulations. Our in-house design team, which has a wealth of experience using steel frame technologies to construct buildings, is where SteelProFs differentiates itself. 
  • We quickly engineer the wall frames to comply with Australian building requirements for cyclonic and non-cyclonic zones using advanced software.
  • Our wall frames come with pre-punched service holes, eliminating the need for wall chasing, drilling, or cutting for plumbing and electrical services. 

Roof truss

  • The connections and sections of SteelProFs’s steel roof trusses have undergone extensive testing at a NATA-accredited testing facility and have been designed to adhere to Australian building codes for both cyclonic and non-cyclonic regions. We can engineer our trusses to work with any type of roof cladding. Due to their precision and reliability, steel framing systems are quicker to manufacture, assemble and install. 
  • Roof Trusses are lightweight and simple to assemble; no on-site trimming or tweaking is required.
  • They are simple for roof carpenters to install due to the similarity in layout and connections with timber trusses.
  • Due to the fact that SteelProFs roof trusses are up to 40% lighter than comparable timber trusses, OHS site risk and the requirement for heavy lifting equipment are minimized.
  • Termite resistance in SteelProFs trusses eliminates the need for hazardous chemical treatments.
  • Without the possibility of warping, shrinking, sagging, or roof undulations, roof trusses are straight and plumb.

Flooring system 

  • The SteelProFs flooring system is simple to install while still offering high structural integrity. It can span up to 7 meters, and is available in depths of between 250mm and 450mm.
  • The production technique allows for the stepping down of flooring systems, eliminating the need for labor-intensive changes and stiffening on site. In the course of designing, the step downs are engineered.
  • A rapid and easy installation is made possible by the flooring system’s attachment to the side of studs, which also offers efficient load transfer.
  • The flooring system can be produced as a cassette floor that is site-assembled and has built-in roll-over restraints at the ends of the trusses.
